Each hood is manufactured with an OEM factory type skeleton underneath to ensure durability and stability. ViS Carbon Fiber Hoods have a tight carbon weave, rolled edges, and one piece undersiding. The hoods are also UV coated, providing a high gloss, non-fading finish. Although carbon fiber hoods cost more than fiberglass, they don";t need any painting or prep-work, thereore, saving you hundreds of dollars and headache. Just unpack and install!!!
Installation Notes:
The hoods install using factory hinges & latch. We recommend the usage of hood pins for all hoods. Hood pins sold separately. Carbon fiber hoods can also be painted to match your car, but its not necessary. Hood pins are required for additional safety.
