ViS Racing hoods are super lightweight and made with high quality, grade A carbon fiber. They offer thick multi-layer carbon fiber, excellent fitment, and Super High Gloss Finish. Each hood is manufactured with an OEM factory skeleton underneath to ensure durability and stability. ViS Carbon Fiber Hoods have a tight carbon weave, rolled edges, and one piece undersiding. Make sure when purchasing a ViS hood, look for the ViS Authenticity Badge. Available for all 04-08 Acura TSX 4dr sedan models only.
The hoods are also UV coated, providing a high gloss, non-fading finish. Although carbon fiber hoods cost more than fiberglass, they don";t need any painting or prep-work, thereore, saving you hundreds of dollars and headache. Just unpack and install!!!
Installation Notes:
The hoods install using factory hinges for installation. All hoods also come with a latch. We recommend the usage of hood pins for all hoods. Hood pins sold separately. Carbon fiber hoods can also be painted to match your car, but its not necessary. Hood pins are required for additional safety.
