Please note that you before you purchase a fiberglass part, you agree and accept the following terms.

Product Quality Levels and Degree of Difficulty of Installation (applies to fiberglass body kits, bumpers, & hoods):

Mostly all kits that we sell are very good in fittment. Although, please be aware that some kits might need more prepping and extensive work. Body kits differ in quality depending on the manufacturer of the product. It is the customers responsibility to know all of the work involved in the installation process. Understand fiberglass kits are not always direct bolt-ons.

Sometimes it is possible a fiberglass kit may need a lot of prep work including filling gaps, trimming, or grinding. We recommend that the customer seeks an experienced custom shop to do the installation and know all the procedures, of installing fiberglass kits. We do not recommend a collision shop to do installs on body kits, they are only experienced on installing OEM parts that are direct bolt ons and do not know the procedure of installing fiberglass body kits.

For all spoilers/wings, please note that they might not fit in the same holes as the factory spoiler holes. Please check with us before making a purchase regarding fitting.

All products must be trial fitted before being painted or installed, as painted or prepped/primed products cannot be returned or exchanged, no matter what the reason is.

Octane MotorSports is in no way responsible in the explanation to wholesale account customers on the quality of body kits. It is the wholesale customers responsibility to explain to their retail customer the quality of level of body kits.

Returns & Cancellations:

Orders that have already been shipped, are subject to 25% restocking fee. Please note that for ALL returns, shipping & handling is non-refundable. If free shipping was offered at the time of purchase, returns will be charged shipping both ways.

All products must be trial fitted before being painted or installed, as painted products cannot be returned or exchanged, no matter what the reason is. Special order items or painted cannot be cancelled or returned at any condition. All other returns must be approved by Octane MotorSports prior to being returned. All items must be returned within 10 days after being delivered. Any items received after 10 days or without approval from Octane MotorSports will be refused and returned to the purchaser at his/her own expense. All returns must be in unused, unaltered, and unpainted condition. All returns must be sent shipping prepaid.

Any returns sent freight collect will be refused and returned to the purchaser at their own expense. All returnable items must be carefully packed in original packing (or better) if the original packing is no longer in good condition. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for his own protection, since neither Octane MotorSports nor the manufacturer, would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment. Refunds will not be issued on returned merchandise damaged on the way back to us. In the event returned merchandise is damaged, the shipper would have to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive settlement form them.

Shipping Damage:

Damage may occur occasionally in transit.

If the order is shipped via UPS, FedEx or DHL ground/air service and the merchandise is damaged, notify us immideately.  This applies to smaller merchandise, that is able to ship via ground shipping (tail/head lights, small spoilers, small accessories).  We will file for the damage claim for you at once and ship out the new merchandise to you as soon as the claim is settled with the shipping carrier.  In case of damage, retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier to inspect.  Do not dispose any packaging.

If the order is shipped via Truck Freight (large items like body kits, hoods, trunks/hatches or other large body panels), all parts MUST be inspected completely before the driver leaves/before you sign for the items, or else claims WILL be denied by the transit freight company. If any damage has occurred, please refuse the shipment and note on the delivery receipt that refusal is due to damaged merchandise. 

If the damaged shipment is accepted and signed for, any claims WILL be denied by the freight company.  Octane MotorSports, under no circumstances shall be liable for the damage merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim if the damaged shipment is accepted by the customer or anyone at the delivery address.

Back Orders:

If Octane MotorSports or the manufacturer is unable to immediately ship your order, the order will be placed on back order. Parts in stock will be sent immediately unless otherwise specified by the customer. All back orders must be cancelled by the customers or will be automatically shipped upon their availability.

Other Restrictions:

Some kits are for off road use only. Please check your local and state laws before purchasing a kit. Aftermarket hoods will require hood pins, and are for off-road use only. Please contact us before making a purchase.

Liability:

The MAXIMUM liability of Octane MotorSports is the cost of the product sold.  Octane MotorSports, under NO circumstances shall be held responsible for any other liability, including labor costs & accidents.
