Koni Special-D series Rear shock absorber for 1977-1996 Chevy Caprice/Impala SS/Impala Sedan & Wagon. Koni's Special-D shocks AKA original dampers are designed to replace factory shocks while adding some performance handling. Special-D shocks are adjustable, but must be removed from the vehicle to be adjusted. The rebound forces can be adjusted by compressing and twisting the piston rod. Offering limited life-time warranty, each shock is custom built for each type of vehicle for a comfortable ride and direct factory replacement.
