DuraFlex parts are manufactured with fiberglass mixed with flexible plastic resin (FRP), which allows them to be somewhat flexible, rather than brittle. Comes unpainted, with a black gel-coat/primer.
Due to nature of the product, extensive prep-work & body work will be required prior to painting. Professional installation is required by a custom body shop. Test fitting required prior to prep & paint. Installation instructions or hardware is not included. Trunk is bolt-on and installs using factory hinges and latch. Some trunks/hatches may have springs or shocks that must be removed for proper fitment.
